Hair loss can be a nightmare, a lady with beautiful face but with a bald head will definitely spoilt the beautiful face. It is such a pity, you might be asking why have to be me?
If you are one of them, look around you and you will notice that hair loss is not uncommon.
Some sharing of my own experience, I have been having hair loss since 10 years ago. It did not turn into very bad condition but if by close look, one can see the shinning scalp at the top of my head. I tried every possible way to hide it by using hairclip. I lost my confidence and I don’t dare to go to hair saloon because the hair stylist will make me feel hopeless and in the end they will persuade me to buy more hair loss products!
Hair Loss Products? I had tried too many of it and yet I have not seen the desire result. But lately, I found something cheap and quite effective way (at least it works for me).
Remedy
Hair shampoo: I used scalp care shampoo and hair loss shampoo alternate days. I would suggest to used shampoo that use natural ingredients, perhaps organics shampoo and silicon-free shampoo might be good. Every time when come to hair wash, if possible spend more time to rub and massage the scalp. Last time, I did not want to rub my scalp because I was worried that my hair will fall more if I rub my scalp as the hair follicles were too weak to support the hair. However, my earlier perception was wrong, my hair did fell in the beginning but as time goes by I can feel that my scalp is healthier with fewer flakes.
Green Tea: I drink 3 times a week, not really sure whether this actually help or not. But since I take it and change the way I wash my hair, I can see the result, there are more hairs growing and my hair is starting to grow ticker.
