impression on others. A healthy of hair also enhances our self-confidence and
helps us to portray a well-groomed, self-assured image, necessary for a
successful career or social life. That's why, taking care our hair should be our
utmost priority at all times.

However, it is hard to maintain our hair in optimal condition without the help of proper professional haircare due to:
1. harsh environmental elements (e.g. UV rays & pollution)

Homemade Pomelo Lemon Kiwi Enzyme


Ingredients:
1/2 pomelo
2 lemon
5 kiwi fruits

400g Organic Raw Cane Sugar

Homemade Mixed Fruits Enzyme



Ingredients:
1 pineapple
1 lemon
1 kiwi fruits
1 granny smith green apple
1 glass jar
Honey/Oligo sugar/Raw Sugar

Method:
1. Soak all the fruits in water for several hours to clean and then rinse and wipe dry. Leave them to dry completely. All the utensils used should be dried and cleaned.

2. The best is to have all the fruit skin intact but due to the most of the fruits skin has been spray with chemical it is better to remove all the skins. You can also use organic fruits for best result.

3. Fill up the jar with all the fruits and pour in honey. Cover the cap tightly and leave it in a cool dry place. Shake the bottle everyday to ensure the top is immersed in liquid to prevent mold growth.

4. The enzyme should be ready in two to three weeks. Sieve the fruits and pour the juice into a bottle through a funnel. Store the enzyme in the fridge to slow down fermentation process.

5. Consume the enzyme in the morning and evening. Only 2 tablespoon, twice a day.

If it is too sweet, add some water and drink it with the cool water.

Pineapple
Bromelain is a proteolytic enzyme (an enzyme that digests proteins) found in pineapple. It is often used to treat muscle injuries and as a digestive aid.
Kiwifruit
Kiwifruit is rich in Actinidin enzyme which is commercially useful as a meat tenderizer. It is also a proteolytic enzyme that helps to digest protein. It will certainly improve poor digestion.

Lemon
Lemon act as blood purifier and improves the body’s ability to get rid of toxins. Lemon fruit is excellent in fighting disease that's related to infection.

Green Apple
Green apple are high in Vitamin C, fiber thus, helps digestion. Apples contain malic and tartaric acids which neutralise indigestion, hence preventing constipation and diarrhea. A source of pectin, protein, calcium, carbohydrates, sodium, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, zinc and iron, apples also help to purify blood, stop bleeding, clear gout and rheumatism, prevent gallstones, maintain cleanliness of the teeth, reduce cholesterol level and enhance memory.
